Creepy Picture!!!
Just when you thought it was safe to write ADP off, it turns out we are like herpes. We may not be visible, but we will have an outbreak or two. This outbreak comes in the form of a creepy picture!
Creepy, because Michael Jackson is drinking booze and hangin' with midgets!!!
We all knew he would hang out with strange people or show up in unexpected places (your nightmares), but this one is odd and yet fascinating to me. Now I REALLY miss this man.
CinemaCon late update
So CinemaCon came and went. A lot went down but Disney stole the show with unveiling a bit from their upcoming movies of 2012. Avengers, Brave, Oz the Great and Powerful are just a few that stood out. They announced the Muppets 2 and Spoke of The Lone Ranger. Johnny Depp and Jerry Bruckheimer came out to discuss the plans they have for it. Drop seemed extremely shy and just asked that people trust them and go watch the film when it opens next year.
Sony showed some MIB3 stuff •fart noise• the Amazing Spider-man, which seemed... Eh. The real thing people cared about was the new Bond film teaser they showed. Skyfall looks to be the best Bond film made in the past Few decades and that's saying a lot.
Universal is celebrating 100 years this year and showed off some great new films but honestly I can only remember The Bourne Legacy... Looks incredible. Simply amazing that they have continued the franchise without Matt Damon, but in a fresh new way that aims to continue what made the first three films so wonderful.
Many things to talk about. So many that it would be easier to discuss during a podcast.
I would like to apologize for the lack of updates during the convention. I got incredibly sick, but pushed myself to go to the events as much as possible. I missed FOX's presentation, but that was it. When I wasn't at the presentations I was nearly shitting myself and throwing up, sweating like crazy and trying to sleep.
Stay with us and I promise another podcast will happen soon. Its been nearly two months since our last recording, but with the summermovie season upon us we have much to discuss.
CinemaCon Has Begun!!!
To inform you of how important CinemaCon is, I put three exclamation points after it. We all know it's a big deal.
DJ-X and myself (Tyler) have arrived and currently waiting on a bus for a Theater sound demonstration. It will gives us examples of how ridiculous theater sound will get, because 7.1 isn't crap.
Due to some security issues, not many pics and no videos will be taken at any event this week. I'll post links when I can but we will update regularly during the week.
The posts will be more of a blog...... Kinda.
Fundraising. Film style!
We here at ADP love movies. All kinds of movies are spoken about during our recorded sessions (also known as podcasts). Now you (the listener) has the opportunity to help make a film. That's right, read it again......... Just in case you didn't I did write, make a film... I also said as I was writing it because sometimes that's how I do things.
Well it is time to give something back and by "give something back", I mean pay it forward.
Our very own Luke is out in Cali at film school (if you haven't listened to any of the podcasts since around Aug-now) and is trying to raise money for a film called 'Genome'

Sorry for the lack of posting and recording of podcasts! Two of us at ADP have been busy putting together an Avengers promotion at a local theater. We put a lot into these things and it has been taking up a lot of time.... When we aren't really working.
We also have a Vegas trip planned for Cinema-con!!!! So you can expect updates from that trip in the end of April. Until then and the release of The Avengers, we will do our best to get some wonderful things posted. After all we are ADP and there is plenty of strange, geeky, internet horseshit for your viewing pleasure!

If I were this guy's therapist and I walked in on this image, I'd smack him before telling him to get out because he has problems no therapist could ever fix. I mean, look at those shoes!
Just kidding. Recently we here at ADP have discussed an episode of strange sex and it was about a person who could only get off when a balloon pops. Odd, I know, but it was a funny episode anyway and seeing this picture reminded me of that. This guy has that issue (presumably) and is already wanting to take control of it by getting help. Buy seriously, why would you take a balloon with you to therapy? Don't think you NEED to show the doctor what the issue is, you could tell him and he'd probably believe you.
